Temple Offers Discount to Phillies' Fans for Tuesday Night's Game

PHILADELPHIA - Temple Athletics has Phillies fever and is offering a special price to Phillies' fans for its Tuesday night "Pink Out" game against Ohio.
In support of the Phillies' advancement to the 2008 World Series, any fan who wears Phillies' AND pink apparel can purchase a ticket to Temple's football game for just $10 at the Lincoln Financial Field box office. Kickoff for the football game is 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
The special ticket price is only available at the stadium, and fans must wear their Phillies' and pink gear to the box office to receive the discount.
Temple (2-5, 1-3 MAC) returns to Philadelphia for its only home game in the month of October against Mid-American Conference opponent Ohio (2-5, 1-2 MAC). In honor of "Breast Cancer Awareness" month, the game has been declared a "pink out". Fans are asked to wear pink to the game. A portion of single-game tickets sales will benefit the Philadelphia affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
