1. How's your rehab going?
"It's going well. It's been about five months. I'm doing a lot more than I thought I'd be doing; I'm doing seven-on-seven drills; everything but team drills so that no one will run into me and aggravate my leg. I feel good right now. I just need to continue to get stronger."

2. Do you expect to be 100 % by training camp in August?
"Yes, definitely. I can't see myself being anything but 100%, so I'm excited to get back."

3. What's been the best part of spring practice so far?
"I don't know if I should tell, but we're doing some new things with the offense. We've added a couple of new gadgets to the offense. With Coach Rhule taking over for Coach DeLeone, he's put in a couple of things that could play to our strength as an offense."

4. Which one of your teammates has shown the most improvement since last fall?
"I don't think I could pick one guy right now. Our running backs are doing pretty well, including our freshmen, Jason Harper and Marcellous Grigsby. Our receivers are catching onto the offense better than I expected. There really isn't one person that sticks out. As a team, I think we're progressing."

5. What has been your biggest challenge?
"Staying a part of the team with the injury, trying to get back and forth from rehab, managing my time between here (practice) and class and all of our meetings. My class schedule is very hectic right now. But I just need to stay with the team and let them know that I'm still one of the leaders on the team, and if they need anything, they can come to me."

6. Which game on the 2008 schedule are you most looking forward to playing?
"I'm looking forward to the first game against Army. We owe them a little bit of something from last year. They really took it to us in the second half of that game. The most important game is always the next game. I'm definitely looking forward to Army and putting on a show, just progressing from last year to this spring to summer camp."

7. What's your favorite food?
"My mom makes pretty good pasta. I like Italian food; I like chicken parmesan. And you can't go wrong with candy; I like every kind of candy. I'm a junk food person."

8. What's your favorite class this semester?
"My classes are pretty hectic. There's one tough one called Senior Seminar, and it's a class that's built like a business. We have a president; we have a vice president; we have different chairs. I'm the sponsorship chair, so I've got a lot of things to do. It's tough just trying to manage your time. I'm trying to do well in that class. I'm trying to get through it and do the best I can."

9. What's your favorite reality show?
"I watch VH1's Flavor of Love. I love New York. It's different. It really has no point to it at all, but it's different."

10. Who do you think will win American Idol?
"I do watch American Idol. I'm not sure who's going to win yet. I have to watch the first glimpse of them and hear their voices for a second. I have to hear their voices again before I make my choice."
