PHILADELPHIA - Temple football has set two attendance records this summer during its annual Al Golden Football Camp. In five one-day camp sessions, a school record 1,625 high school student-athletes attended the camp, including a school record 462 campers during the final session today.

"We are thrilled by the enthusiasm of these high school student-athletes and coaches," Golden said. "Their desire to come out and see what Temple has to offer has been overwhelming."

Each camp session was staffed by the Temple football coaching staff as well as full-time coaches from Division I, I-AA, II, III, and premiere high school coaches from the Northeast Region. The student-athletes worked with some of the best coaches in the region and offered the campers the maximum level of exposure for their dollar. Each camper was also exposed to the facilities and training used by the current Temple Owl football team.
