Temple Hosts Inaugural Philadelphia City Six Tennis Tournament This Weekend

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple men's tennis team will host the inaugural Philadelphia City Six Tournament this weekend at the Arthur Ashe Tennis Center in Manayunk. The three-day tournament begins on Friday and Saturday at 9 AM and Sunday at 10 AM.

"This will be a great opportunity for the public to watch some of the best collegiate tennis players play at a very high level," Temple head coach Steve Mauro said. "We look forward to showing the city of Philadelphia an exiting brand of tennis."

Men's tennis teams from Temple, Penn, La Salle, Drexel and Saint Joseph's will compete to determine the city's best team and player. Admission is free for all three days.

The Arthur Ashe Tennis Center is located at 4842 Ridge Avenue in Manayunk.
