Washington, D.C.-- One more day until the Temple Owls take the field for their first bowl game in 30 years!!!
During its final day of preparation, the Temple football team had a walk thru practice at RFK Stadium Monday morning. The players and coaches then posed for their 2009 team photo.
After lunch, the Owls toured the U.S. Capitol, taking a group photo on the front steps.
Several Owls visited the Boys & Girls Club as part of the bowl's community outreach program.
The Owls (9-3, 7-1 MAC) face UCLA (6-6, 3-5 Pac-10) in the 2009 EagleBank Bowl at RFK Stadium on Tuesday, Dec. 29 at 4:30 p.m. ESPN will televise the game.
