Temple Football Hosts Fourth Annual Fan Fest Tomorrow

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University football team will hold its annual Media Day and fourth annual Fan Fest on Tuesday, August 25 at Lincoln Financial Field.
The media day will begin at 4 p.m. at field level. The Fan Fest takes place from 5-7 p.m. at the Head House Plaza in the stadium.
Head coach Al Golden, the coaching staff, and players will be available for interviews with credentialed media members at the field level.
Fan Fest includes a bit of everything for every Temple Football Fan. The Fan Fest will feature meet-and-greet and photo opportunities with the players and coaching staff. Fans will receive autographs, posters, and more. There will be live music, as well as appearances by Hooter the Owl, the cheerleaders, and the Diamond Gems Dance Team. Clowns, face painters, the Philadelphia Zoo on Wheels, inflatable zone, and a dunk tank will also enhance the day's activities.
Fans will also have the opportunity for locker room tours.
Admission and parking to Fan Fest are free. Fans are asked to enter through the Pepsi Gate (Pattison Avenue across from Citizens Bank Park).
Temple opens the 2009 season on Thursday, Sept. 3 with Villanova at 7 p.m. in the inaugural Mayor's Cup at Lincoln Financial Field.
