Ten minutes later Conn netted her first goal of the game, heading a pass from sophomore Jackie Krostek to the left post to even the score.
The score would remain tied heading into half with each team registering four shots.
Sophomore Brittany Wollner set up the game winner, lofting a pass for Conn which she again headed past URI keeper Sasha Reiber for the eventual game winner.
Murphy (3-6-1) was solid in net in the second half, making one save to secure the win.
The Cherry and White return home for their final two games of the season, taking on Saint Louis and Charlotte. Temple will honor its seniors on Sunday, October 31 prior to the start of the 1:00 p.m. match.
