Atlantic 10 Announces Commissioner's Honor Roll For Spring Semester

Sixty-one Temple student-athletes earn distinction
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Sixty-one Temple University student-athletes were named to the Atlantic 10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Spring 2010 semester, the Conference announced Thursday. All 1,180 members of the honor roll were recognized by Commissioner Bernadette McGlade for posting a grade point average of 3.5 or better.
“I congratulate the student-athletes who have been named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll,” stated A-10 Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade. “This demonstrates their strong commitment to achieve in the classroom and on the field. Each is a great representative of their institution and the Atlantic 10 Conference."
The Temple women's field hockey team led all Cherry and White programs with 10 student-athletes honored. Only sports that compete under the Atlantic 10 governance were recognized.
