Temple Teams With SIDEARM Sports to Create Free Android App

PHILADELPHIA – Temple Athletics has teamed with its website developer, SIDEARM Sports, to create a free Android app for Owl fans. The app can be downloaded by clicking HERE or by searching the marketplace on your phone. Owl fans will be able to read and share the latest headlines, check scores, purchase tickets and merchandise, and get notifications for special promotions.
"We're very excited to have partnered with SIDEARM on a Temple Athletics app for the Droid,” said Scott Walcoff, Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Sales. “It's another great way for us to reach the many Owl fans in the Philadelphia area and across the country, and allow them to stay up-to-date with the latest news and information regarding Temple Athletics.
“We'll have the ability to reach out to our fans directly and communicate information regarding special events, promotions, ticket offers, and more."
Fans can also use the app to scroll through photos of the latest games and events.
