Softball's Under Armour Invitational Moved to October 9

Rain washes out Saturday event
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Under Armour Invitational, hosted by Temple's softball team and originally scheduled for Saturday, September 24, has been postponed to Sunday, October 9, due to rain in the area.
The tournament, held at Ambler Field, will feature games between Temple, Delaware and Wagner. The Owls will take on the Blue Hens at 10 a.m., before Delaware and Wagner square off at 12 p.m. Temple will close out the event with a doubleheader against the Seahawks, beginning at 2 p.m.
The Cherry and White are in action next at the Rocci Pignoli Memorial City 6 Championship, help at Penn, on Saturday-Sunday, October 1-2. Temple faces Drexel at 10 a.m. on October 1 in its first game of the weekend.
