TUMBB in Nashville: Day 2

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Late last night the Temple Owls finally found out their second-round opponent after University of South Florida defeated California, but it didn't change any of their plans for Day 2 in the Music City.
Bleary-eyed, the team silently piled into the hotel's elevator floor by floor this morning. As it descended, stopping at each floor to gather the team, an elevator full of six-foot-tall guys in Temple gear was surely a sight to behold for the hotel's non-Temple affiliated guests. Most cheered or offered a friendly "good luck" to the guys upon their discovery, and a few even chuckled at the sight of an elevator packed full of basketball players.
A full breakfast was served in the hotel conference room, and it came with a side of film from last night's USF/Cal matchup before the team boarded the bus to their first practice session of the day.
After practice, they'll head into downtown Nashville for some lunch before hitting the books for study hall. Stay tuned for more updates from today's events.
