Pasquale, Robinson and Schoell among nation's elite in four categories

PHILADELPHIA – Stephanie Pasquale, Ali Robinson and Samantha Schoell each finished the 2012 softball season in the top-50 of national statistics categories. Pasquale held a spot in two categories, while Robinson and Schoell were present in one category each. The final statistics were released on Wednesday, June 6.

Pasquale struck out just seven times in 138 at-bats this season, making her the 41st toughest player to strike out in the nation. The catcher has proven she has patience at the plate, finishing last season as the nation's 10th toughest to strike out with just five K's in 135 at-bats. In addition, with a Temple single-season record-tying 14 doubles in 49 games, Pasquale was 42nd in the country in doubles per game.
