PHILADELPHIA-- With training camp winding down, Temple football held an early morning scrimmage at Edberg-Olson Hall on Tuesday.
Newcomers RB Montel Harris and QB Kevin Newsome were available to the media for the first time as Temple Owls.
Media Day & Fan Fest are set for Wednesday, August 22 from 5-7 p.m. at Xfinity LIVE.
Under the guidance of second-year head coach Steve Addazio, this season's squad returns 35 lettermen, including nine starters.
Temple opens the 2012 season with Villanova in the fourth annual Mayor's Cup, sponsored by Dunkin' Donuts, on Friday, August 31 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field.
