PHILADELPHIA-- With eight days to go til kickoff, head coaches Steve Addazio (Temple) and Andy Talley (Villanova) met with Mayor Michael Nutter before the teams' fourth annual Mayor's Cup Game, sponsored by Dunkin' Donuts.
The football teams kick off the 2012 season on Friday, August 31 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field.
This season Temple returns 35 lettermen, including nine starters.
Temple football season tickets are on sale now for as low as $99 and can be purchased by calling the Temple Ticket Sales Office at 215-204-8499 or visit www.OwlsTix.com.
