Temple Takes on #15/19 UCF at the Linc this Saturday

PHILADELPHIA - Temple returns home to Lincoln Financial Field to take on the #15/19 University of Central Florida Knights (7-1) on November 16. Kickoff is set for 12:00 noon.
ESPN Regional will broadcast the American Athletic Conference Game of the Week with Eamon McAnaney calling the action, Anthony Becht providing color commentary, and Brooke Weisbrod reporting from the sidelines. The Owls' radio broadcast will air on 1210 AM WPHT with Harry Donahue calling the play-by-play and Paul Palmer providing color analysis. Temple's student radio, WHIP, will broadcast on the internet with Zach Gelb, Chase Senior and Ross DiMattei behind the microphone.
Head coach Matt Rhule promised two things - that his brand of football would be exciting and that the team would improve as the season progresssed. He delivered on both and there has been no shortage of drama from start to finish. In five of the teams eight losses, they have surrendered a lead to Fordham (29-23) with 0:04 left, and Rutgers (20-16) with 0:35 on the clock; lost to Idaho (26-24) by one score; and were within one score to Houston (15-13) with 1:06 remaining, and SMU (45-42) with 6:55 left.
