Men's Basketball Travels to Towson for Thursday Meeting

• Temple looks to get back on the winning track when it travels to Towson for a meeting with the Tigers Thursday night (7:30 pm/NBC Sports Network/1210 AM WPHT).
• Anthony Lee, a Coulmbia, Md. native, posted his sixth and seventh career double-doubles in the Owls' first two games (12 pts/12 rebs at Penn, 16 pts/11 rebs vs. Kent State).
• Quenton DeCosey scored a career-high 16 points vs. Kent State and hit 3-of-5 from behind the arc.
• All five Temple starters scored in double figures in the team's loss to Kent State while four players hit the mark at Penn.
• The Owls had 20 offensive rebounds at Penn, their most since pulling down 20 vs. Cornell on March 19, 2010.
• The Owls have been one of the top road teams in the nation since the start of the 2009-10 season, posting 49 road/neutral wins during that span.
• Towson, the Preseason CAA favorite, is coming off a record-setting season in which the Tigers set the largest single season turnaround in NCAA history by going 18-13 just one year after posting a 1-31 record.
• The brand-new SECU?Arena will be hosting just its fifth game, including Towson's two exhibition contests.
• The Tigers return four of five starters and 85 percent of their scoring from last year's team.
• Senior Jerrelle Benimon, the nation's leading returning rebounder, was recognized as an Honorable Mention Associated Press All-American in 2012-13, and as the CAA Player of the Year.
• Temple has never lost to Towson and holds a 3-0 lead in the all-time series, including a 72-61 home win last season.
