Softball Cancels Home Opening Doubleheader Against Lehigh

PHILADELPHIA – Due to the threat of winter weather on Wednesday, March 6, the Temple softball doubleheader scheduled with Lehigh has been canceled. No makeup date has been scheduled at this time.
The games were set to be Temple's first home dates of the season. The Owls will now be on the road until March 26 when they head to Ambler to host Delaware State in a twinbill beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Temple is 2-7 and will be back in action this weekend with play at the USF Under Armour Showcase. The Cherry and White will face Quinnipiac, Youngstown State, SIU-Edwardsville, Tennessee Tech and UT-Chattanooga at the event.
