Temple Owl Club to Welcome 2014 Recruiting Class

TO REGISTER
PHILADELPHIA (1/24/14) – Temple University would like to welcome all Owl Football fans to meet head coach Matt Rhule and celebrate the next generation of Owls – the 2014 Recruiting Class.
On Wednesday, February 5, 2014, the Temple Owls will publically announce the recruiting class of 2014 at a press conference at 3:00pm. Shortly thereafter, the Temple Owl Club – the official support group of Temple Athletics – will kick off its second annual Football Recruiting Celebration. During the two day Celebration on February 5 and 6, Temple head coach Matt Rhule will tour four locations in and around the Philadelphia area to share detailed information about the student-athletes who will help take the program to greater levels and provide insight on the upcoming season.
Rhule, other Temple dignitaries, the spirit squad and pep band will visit The Union League in Philadelphia, Penn Oaks Country Club (West Chester) and Talamore Country Club (Ambler), and will start at the Crowne Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ. Price per individual for each event ranges from $10 to $15.
Those fans in attendance will hear from the head coach directly why and how these fresh-faced players will be great Owls. There will be exclusive highlight video of the new players from their high school games, with the two evening events (Cherry Hill and Ambler) featuring a Q&A session with Rhule and sports radio veteran Harry Mayes from 97.5 The Fanatic.
Those registering early will receive a copy of the 2014 Temple Owls Recruiting Class Program with detailed biographies and photos of the new recruits.
