Women's Soccer Comes in at 8th in NCAA Regional Ranking

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Temple women's soccer entered the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Continental Tire Northeast Regional Poll at No. 8 on Tuesday. The Owls were previously ranked 5th and dropped to 8th with their hard fought 2-0 losses to both #23 UCF and USF. #23 UCF (13-3-0; 6-1-0 18pts) and USF (9-6-1; 4-3-0 12pts) hold the 1st and 4th place in the American Athletic Conference respectively.
The Owls currently post a record of 10-6-1 overall and 3-4-1 conference record. The Owls will go on the road tonight for a non-conference match with Delaware St. tonight at 7:00pm. Temple will return home to take on UConn this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. for the season finale. The game is schedule as senior day and will honor Alyssa Kirk for her contributions.
