Temple Football Spring Practice Dates

PHILADELPHIA (3/13/14) – Temple University football opens its NCAA allotted 15 spring practices on Monday, March 24, at Camden High School. The remaining sessions will follow a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule.
Due to the resurfacing of Chodoff Field at the team's Edberg Olson Hall facility, the Owls will practice at six different locations during the 2014 Spring. Nearly all of the Tuesday and Thursday practices will be held at Camden High School's football field located at Farnham Park. The Saturday practices will take place at football fields in or around Philadelphia. That includes the annual Cherry & White spring game which will be played at Cardinal O'Hara High School on April 26 at 1:00pm (1701 S. Sprout Road, Springfield, PA).
Practices are closed to the general public. All practices are open only to Temple football alumni and approved high school coaches by appointment. The Cherry & White game is free and open to everyone (limited seating is available).
Schedule is subject to change (media wishing to attend practice should contact the Temple Athletic Office in advance for schedule confirmation).
Temple kicks off the 2014 season with an ESPN/SEC Network nationally televised game at Vanderbilt on Thursday, August 28. The Owls will then return home to Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday, September 6, to host Navy. Season tickets for 2014 are now on sale.
