Temple-Vanderbilt Season Opener Set for 9:15pm ET Kickoff

PHILADELPHIA – Temple University announced today that its season opening football game at Vanderbilt on Thursday, August 28, will kickoff at 9:15pm ET/8:15pm CT.
The game between the Owls and the Commodores, to be played at 40,550-seat Vanderbilt Stadium, will be broadcast live and help launch the SEC Network.
Temple is scheduled for three nationally televised, prime time games in 2014. Besides the season opener, the Owls will play in front of a national audience on ESPNU at Houston (Friday, October 17, at 9:00pm ET) and vs. Memphis (Friday, November 7, time TBA).
