Owls Complete Fourth Day of Camp

The Temple Owls completed their fourth day of practice at Edberg Olson Hall. Following the session, head coach Matt Rhule addressed the media. Below are a few excerpts; click here for complete video.
"Today's practice was really intense which is a step in the right direction for us….Tomorrow we begin full pads."
On the offensive line: "We need the guys on the "twos" to fight and give us some depth….It's one of the main areas of focus for us."
On the safeties: "Nate L. Smith is really focused and looks like he's ready to play for us….There are some guys ready to play. There are seven safeties- Alex Wells, Nate L. Smith, Boye Aromire, Will Hayes, Shahid Lovett, Jyquis Thomas and Shamir Bearfield - who all think they are going to start; which is exactly what we wanted."
On WR Khalif Herbin: "He's been fantastic, he's been explosive, competitive and the other guys are matching his intensity level. Kalif is really fun to have on the field."
