Temple Athletics Offering Game-Day Experiences for Purchase via Smartphones For 2014 Football Season

PHILADELPHIA – Temple Owls fans can now use their smartphones to purchase exciting experiences at every home game during the upcoming Football season. Fans can register on owlsports.expapp.com to sign up to receive notifications when new experiences are available for purchase.
Experiences available for the home opener versus Navy on Saturday, September 6 at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field include:
* An opportunity to watch pre-game warmups from the sideline and take part in the high-five tunnel
* An opportunity to sit in the Temple Radio Booth with Harry Donahue and Paul Palmer during the 3rd Quarter of the game
Temple Athletics has partnered with Experience, an Atlanta-based company, to offer the fan experience technology that allows fans to register for these unique opportunities securely through their smartphone's web browser.
"We're always looking to new and creative ways to make the fan experience more memorable at our games," said Scott Walcoff, Associate Athletic Director for Marketing. "This is a great way for our fans to be a part of unique, behind-the-scenes experiences as well as provides a great opportunity for the Athletic Department to better engage and connect with our fan base. We're excited to create additional experiences throughout the Football season and carry that into the upcoming Basketball season as well."
