Former Owl QB Henry Burris Leads Ottawa to Grey Cup Game

Former Temple Owl QB Henry Burris led the Ottawa Redblacks to a 35-28 win over the Hamilton Tiger Cats leading his team to a berth in the CFL Grey Cup Championship Game on Sunday, November 29. Ottawa will play the winner of this afternoon's Calgary Stampeders and Edmonton Eskimos game.
Burris completed a 93-yard touchdown pass with under 2:00 remaining for the win that will put Ottawa in the Grey Cup for the first time since 1981.
Burris holds most of the all-time Temple passing record. Current junior QB P.J. Walker, who passed Burris with his 50th career touchdown pass yesterday, trails only Burris in yards, attempts, and completions.
