Football Tutors Young Scholars

Earlier today, sixteen players from the Temple Football team took time between workouts and classes to visit the Young Scholars at Kenderton Charter School in North Philadelphia.
The fourth graders are scheduled for this week's baseline testing and also preparing for the PSSA test in two weeks. Temple's players paired up and split the Young Scholar's into eight groups to work on math and reading skills.
Among today's participants were: Shahbaz Ahmed, Cole Boozer, Tom Bradway, Dion Dawkins, Marshall Ellick, Jamie Gilmore, Corey Lerch, Jacob Martin, Brendan McGowan, Dean Mosley, Rob Ritrovato, Jaelin Robinson, Deon Smith, Will Updegrove, Niko Walsh, and Hershey Walton.
