Football Wraps Up Sixth Spring Practice

PHILADELPHIA -- The Owls practiced today, wrapping up their sixth Spring session before taking a quick break for the holiday weekend.
The padded practices have raised the intensity as the Owls worked on short yardage and goal line packages.
Head coach Matt Rhule, who appears to be focused on improving the depth of the offensive line, has been impressed with a group of last year's redshirts – Nick Apostolu, Jordan Jones, James McHale, Jaelin Robinson, Aaron Ruff, and Gordon Thomas.
The next practice will take place on Tuesday, April 7. The annual Cherry & White Game will kickoff at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, on Chodoff Field at Edberg Olson Hall.
