PHILADELPHIA - Kristy Sromovsky, who has worked in compliance and student services for Temple Athletics since 2008, has now been promoted to Associate AD/Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs. It is the second promotion and third title change for Sromovsky since joining the department seven years ago.
"Kristy is a rising star in the athletics compliance industry," said Temple University Director of Athletics Dr. Patrick Kraft. "Her promotion was earned through her hard work and experience attained over the last seven years at Temple. Under her leadership, compliance and student-athlete affairs will continue to serve our students at a high level."
In her new role, Sromovsky will oversee all aspects of the department's compliance efforts with conference and NCAA rules and regulations. "I'm so grateful for the opportunity to continue to make an impact on the lives of our student-athletes here at Temple," said Sromovsky. "I've been so fortunate to be part of this department for the past seven years, and I'm thankful to the administration for trusting me to take this next step."
