O'Connor is looking for this team to become more accountable during the offseason and is looking forward to how the team can grow.
"I think we need some girls to step up into leadership roles," O'Connor said. "I am incredibly proud of these young ladies this season. I'm embarrassed that we didn't represent the university better but I am not embarrassed of these young ladies."
