Women's Soccer Travels to UCF

PHILADELPHIA- The Temple women's soccer team (6-8-2, 2-4-1) continues it's road trip in Florida and will take on No. 7 UCF (11-1-1, 6-0-1) on Sunday Oct. 22 with a 1:00 p.m. start time.

Scouting the Owls
> Senior forward Gabriella McKeown currently leads the team in points with 10.
> Sophomore goalkeeper Morgan Basileo has a record of 5-5-2 and has five shutouts this season.
> McKeown also leads the team in goals with four.
> Redshirt senior forward Kayla Cunningham has the team lead in assists with five, and recorded two in the Owls' last win vs. Houston on Oct. 12.
> McKeown is now the Owls' active leader in all-time points with 28.
>Cunningham currently sits tied for seventh on the Owls' all-time assist list with nine, and senior midfielder Elana Falcone currently sits tied for ninth all-time with eight.
> For the season, the Owls have recorded assists on 16 of their 22 goals (.727).

Scouting the Knights
> Central Florida is 11-1-1 overall this season and 6-0-1 in conference play.
> Senior Morgan Ferrara leads the team with 12 goals this season, including 10 over the last six games.
> Head coach Tiffany Roberts Sahaydak is in her fifth year with the program.
> Junior goalkeeper Vera Varis leads the team with 20 saves so far this season.

Series History vs. UCF
> Temple and UCF meet for the seventh time overall. The Knights lead the all-time series, 6-0.
