Danielle Williams Hired as Video Production Coordinator

PHILADELPHIA - Danielle Williams has joined the Temple Athletics staff as a Video Production Coordinator, announced Assistant AD/Video Services Kevin Copp. Williams comes to Temple from the University of South Carolina where she spent the past two and a half years as a production assistant for Gamecock Productions.
"I've been lucky to have a great working relationship with Paul Danna and the folks at Gamecock Productions for a long time," said Copp, "and I am thrilled to continue developing a pipeline between some of South Carolina's rising stars in the video production industry and Temple Athletics. Danielle has demonstrated a standard of work that will help OwlsTV to keep expanding the quality and quantity of our video content."
While at South Carolina, Williams' role was much like her new position with the Owls; producing, editing and shooting athletic events, features, game highlights and hype videos. During the spring of 2017, she also served as a producer, reporter, anchor and web writer for the Carolina News.
Williams has athletics experience outside of video production as well, having served as an assistant to the associate AD for compliance at Howard University from Nov., 2013 to May, 2014. She is a native of Charleston, S.C., and earned her bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from South Carolina in 2017.
