In September of 2015, Kara Stroup told her deeply personal story on OwlSports.com, detailing a past history of depression, eating disorders and thoughts of suicide. Stoup's mission was to help even just one person, but she has since helped so many. OwlsTV caught up with Stroup to find out how she is making a living out of helping others and raising awareness of mental health issues.
