Lacrosse to Host 12th Annual Philly 5 Tournament on Oct. 13

PHILADELPHIA - Temple lacrosse is getting set to host the 12th annual Philly 5 Lacrosse Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Temple Sports Complex. The action features Temple, Drexel, La Salle, Saint Joseph's and Villanova in fall exhibition play, and every team will face every other team in a series of games running from 12:40 p.m. to 8:05 p.m.

This year's Philly 5 logo, pictured above, will be on t-shirts for sale at the tournament for $20.

The Philly 5 Tournament features the top lacrosse talent in the area. Fans will be able to witness the top local rivalries in action at this highly-anticipated annual event. The tournament aims to bring Division I women's lacrosse schools in the Philadelphia area together for a day of competition and promotion of the sport in the city.

1:25-2:05: La Salle vs. Villanova
2:10-2:50: St. Joseph's vs. Temple
