Golf Travels to Florida for Cornell Spring Invitational

JUNIPER, Fla. – Temple travels to Florida for Easter Weekend to take part in the three-team, 36-hole Cornell Spring Invitational. The Owls join host Cornell and Dartmouth for the Friday-Saturday tournament which is being held at the 7,301-yard, par-72 The Dye Preserve Golf Club.

Keys to the Tournament
> The Owls will be looking for more of the consistent play that helped them capture the 16-team Cornell Invitational title in the fall season.
> Temple's top four golfers, Trey Wren (75.0), John Barone (75.4), Sam Soeth (75.4) and Dawson Anders (75.7) all average within a stroke of each other.
> Gary McCabe (75.8), who played nine rounds in the fall, is Temple's fifth golfer at this tournament.
Notes
> Temple last competed at the Cornell Spring Invitational in 2016 and placed second among the three schools.
> Tee time for Friday is 2:00 pm.
