Football's Roche and Blue Earn AAC Weekly Honors

PROVIDENCE- Temple's DE Quincy Roche was named American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his record setting performance in the 29-21 win against Tulane. Roche had three sacks and a conference and program record six TFLs as he was in the backfield all afternoon. Roche's final two sacks came in the fourth quarter that helped seal the victory.
WR Jadan Blue was also named to the AAC Honor Roll. He had 12 catches for 131 yards and a touchdown. It was his second 10+ catch and 100+ yard outing.
