Davis Earns Second Straight AAC Weekly Honor Roll Accolade

PHILADELPHIA – Forward Mia Davis was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the second week in-a-row after averaging 21.6 points per game over a three-game stretch.
This marks fifth career AAC honor roll accolade for the Baltimore, Md. native.Â
Davis scored a season-high 29 points in the Owls four-point loss to St. Joseph's. The junior became the 25th player in Temple women's basketball history and the third fastest player to reach 1,000 career points with her 18 point effort in the loss to No. 4 UConn.  Â
Next up, the Owls travel to Lewisburg, Pa. to take on Bucknell on Wednesday Nov. 20 at 6 p.m.
