> Sarah Park finished 22nd in epee, while Kennedy Lovelace finished 14th and Cassie Navalta finished 26th in foil.
> Three fencers representing the Owls (Calderaro, Park, Turner) were freshmen.
Quotable
> "I'm very proud of the team and what they accomplished. This was a very good season and for us to end it on a positive note speaks volumes of the work and commitment these ladies have shown. It was great to see three freshmen compete, but also to see Quinn Duwelius come back from ACL surgery for her redshirt season was nice. It shows how committed she was to her rehab and her wanting to finish her career on a high note.– head coach Dr. Nikki Franke
Up Next
> The team will await NCAA selections to be made by the NCAA Men's and Women's Fencing Committee on March 10.
