Temple Women's Tennis Reveals 2020-21 Schedule

PHILADELPHIA—Head Coach Steve Mauro has revealed the 2020-21 Temple women's tennis schedule. After last season was canceled by the pandemic, the team will be back in action for a 16-match season beginning on Jan. 31.
The women start their season on the road versus Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) prior to their first home competition against Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) on Feb. 18.
The team moves on to a series of away matches beginning with Navy on March 6, city foe Drexel on March 10 and Fordham on March 13. The Owls finish up the month of March in Philadelphia with consecutive home matches against Villanova and Binghamton on March 23 and 27 respectively, before playing St. Joseph's away on March 30.
The Owls then head on the road for a doubleheader in Tulsa, Okla. where they will face AAC rival Tulsa and Oral Roberts University (ORU) on April 1 before competing at Villanova on April 6.
The season wraps up with a stretch of home competitions including Morgan State on April 11, Hofstra on April 16 and Bucknell on April 17, with the season finale away versus Bethune-Cookman on April 19.
The American Athletic Conference Championships will be held April 21-24 in Lake Nona, Fla.
