Kulhava and Wei Close Out ITA Super Regionals

PRINCETON, NJ. – Temple women's tennis was represented by the doubles pair of Jamie Wei and Veronika Kulhava at the ITA Super Regionals Tournament from Oct. 15-17. After making a run to the quarterfinals at ITA Regionals last weekend, Wei and Kulhava fell just short of qualifying for Super Regionals but were later selected to compete as lucky losers.

"I'm really happy with the Veronika and Jamie performed over the course of the tournament," Steve Mauro said. "It was wonderful to see such a great effort coming from two of our newcomers, especially so early in the season. I'm confident they will only continue to grow as we continue to practice and compete."

The women will compete at the Cissie Leary Invite on Oct. 22-24 hosted by Penn for their final competition of the fall season.
