Fencing Concludes at October North American Cup

ST. LOUIS - In the second day of competition for the Temple fencing team at the North American Cup, two Owls competed in the Division 1 Women's Sabre event.
Junior Zoe Turner led the team, tying for 40th place with Zara Fearns of Halberstadt Fencers' Club. Freshman Eva Ventura finished in 62nd place.
In the first day of competition on Friday, Naomi Ross led the epeeists with a 44th-place finish. Sarah Park earned a 70th-place finish while Margherita Calderaro tied for 140th.
Temple will return to the Keystone State for its final individual competition in collegiate play, heading to Penn State next weekend for the team's lone meet of November.Â
