PHILADELPHIA - Nicole Repetto has joined the Temple Athletics Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs staff as an Assistant Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Affairs, announced Senior Associate Athletics Director Kristy Bannon.

"We are excited to welcome Nicole to the Temple Athletics family," said Bannon.  "The combination of her prior experience working at the NCAA and in a Division I athletics compliance office as well as her educational background make her the ideal fit to bolster our compliance team."

Repetto most recently served as a Grants and Contracts Analyst at Geisinger Clinic following a Postgraduate Internship for Enforcement with the NCAA from June 2019 - May 2020. While with the NCAA, Repetto received, reviewed, and processed self-reported violations from institutions and conferences as well as drafted letters of inquiry to institutions to determine whether a violation occurred. She also provided case support to investigations and monitored the web for information related to ongoing cases.

Prior to her time at the NCAA, Repetto served as a legal intern with the Ohio State University from May 2017 - June 2019 while obtaining her law degree. While with the Buckeyes, she aided in community education efforts including canvassing businesses, dealerships, and real estate agencies/landlords to help educate them on NCAA and Big Ten rules.  She also created materials to distribute to the community, boosters, student-athletes, coaches, and staff to educate on common NCAA violations.  Furthermore, she drafted various NCAA waivers, reported infractions and violations to the NCAA, completed transcript evaluations for prospective, transfer, and international student-athletes, and assisted in the verification process of student-athletes' employment.

"I want to thank (Assistant AD/Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs) Teresa Covington, Kristy Bannon and the whole hiring committee for this great opportunity," Repetto said. "I am so excited to join the compliance team here at Temple. I am grateful to be a part of this university and I look forward to working with the entire athletics staff to support our student-athletes."

Repetto earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Eastern Michigan in April of 2016 and served as an athletic compliance intern from January - June of 2016. Prior to her internship, she was the Manager of Football Operations for the Eagles' football program from May - December of 2015.
