Men's Basketball Takes on Vanderbilt Tuesday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Temple (5-3) will take its four-game win streak on the road Tuesday when the Owls meet Vanderbilt (5-2) (8 pm ET/SEC Network+/1210 AM WPHT) at Memorial Gymnasium. Â
The Owls and Commodores last met on March 26, 1993 when Temple defeated #8 Vanderbilt, 67-59, in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.Â
SCOUTING TEMPLE
> With Khalif Battle (21.4 ppg) out for the season, Damian Dunn is the team's only double-figure scorer (13.1 ppg). He also leads the team in FT percentage (.824) and is tied for the lead in steals (9). Â
> Tai Strickland (9.0 ppg), the team's third leading scorer, missed the last two games due to a thigh injury and is questionable for the Vanderbilt game.Â
> Jeremiah Williams, who has started every game of his career, leads the Owls in assists (4.4 apg/5th AAC) while ranking fourth in scoring (8.6 ppg).
> Jake Forrester, who had a career-high in points (21) and season-high in rebounds (9) in the Penn win, averages 6.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while Sage Tolbert III (3.5 ppg/4.8 rpg) and Quincy Ademokoya (2.0 ppg) round out the starters.

> Myles Stute (8.6 ppg), Tyrin Lawrence (7.6 ppg) and Quentin Millora-Brown (4.9 ppg) round out the starting five with Jermaine Mann (4.9 ppg) leading a deep bench that features five players averaging double figure minutes per game.
