PHILADELPHIA - The Temple fencing team went 3-1 at the Temple Invitational, ending the day with three-straight wins. Following the first two rounds, the team honored its three seniors, Eva Hinds, Marielle Luke, and Megan Ross, for their next to last home meet in Cherry and White.

> The Owls dropped their first match of the day, falling 18-9 to Penn State.
> The team bounced back in Round 2, defeating St. John's 17-10.
> Temple dominated UNC, earning an 18-9 win.
> The Cherry and White closed the day out on a high note, topping the Nittany Lions 15-12.

> Margherita Calderaro led the team, going 7-2. Naomi Ross also had a strong meet, finishing with a 6-4 record.
> Anastasia Yankovskiy and Gretl Merges led the foilists, earning a 5-4 and 5-3 record, respectively.
> Hinds was the top saberist, going 5-4 on the day.
