Men’s Soccer Hosts Villanova For Philly Soccer Six Showdown

PHILADELPHIA- The Temple men's soccer team will play game two of a four-game homestand with a visit from Philly rival Villanova Saturday. This will be the first Philly Soccer Six rival the Owls have hosted since Temple hosted Penn on Oct. 23, 2018. The 7 pm match will be streamed on ESPN+, admission to the Temple Sports Complex is free for all fans.
LAST TIME OUT: MANHATTAN 1, @ TEMPLE 3
> Temple defeated the Manhattan Jaspers 3-1 for their first win of the season.
> The Owls started scoring early, with the first goal of the match coming in the 11th minute.
> After Manhattan evened things at 1-1 going into halftime. The Owls lit up the second half, with Marques Antoine and Mike Eijgendaal finding the back of the net to give Temple the win.
