Jessica Reo Participates in Sixth Annual President/Search Firm Roundtable Event

Kansas City, Mo. – Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator, Jessica Reo participated in the sixth annual President/Search Firm Roundtable event on Thursday, Feb. 17.
This event was hosted in conjunction with the Women Leaders in College Sports and the NCAA which welcomed 50 senior-level women from across all three Divisions. The participants were selected based upon their level and years of experience in the college athletics industry and desire to step into an athletic director role in the coming years.
The roundtable event served as a platform to connect these women to a diverse group of industry experts, utilizing small group discussion led by university presidents and chancellors as well as one-on-one coaching sessions.
Along with Reo, 2014 Temple University graduate and member of the women's track and field team, JP Abercrumbie was selected to participate in the event as well. Abercrumbie currently serves as the Executive Associate Athletic Director of Culture and Engagement at the University of Notre Dame.
This event reflects the NCAA and Women Leaders' commitment to promoting diversity and gender equity in the college athletics landscape and has now engaged more than 270 women executives since its start in 2016.
