"Every part of Temple Lacrosse has been touched and made better because of Jen. Personally, I am incredibly grateful for having been able to work side by side together for so many years!  She has been an amazing colleague and has become a truly wonderful friend!  I am so excited for her to begin this new journey, to experience the joys of being a Division I head coach, and for more people to get a chance to see what makes Jen such an outstanding coach and a special person!"

Wong has been the associate head coach on Temple's staff since 2015. Prior to that, she was an assistant coach from 2010-2015 and a graduate assistant on Rosen's staff from 2007-2009. As part of the committee, she runs Project IRM, a program to Identify, Recruit and Mentor minority women's lacrosse coaches. Each year, Wong writes a grant to receive money from the NCAA's Matching Grants for the Advancement of Minority Women Coaches.

"It is with both sadness and excitement that I will be leaving Temple to become the head coach at Cal Berkeley.  The past 14 seasons have been an incredible journey," Wong said. "I have coached so many amazing student-athletes and had the opportunity to work with wonderful Temple colleagues.  Each person has made a lasting impact on my life and coaching career.

I would especially like to thank Bonnie for taking a chance on me as a recruit and young coach.  Her mentorship, wisdom and guidance have shaped my coaching philosophies and have definitely prepared me for the future.

While I may not be on the sidelines, I will always be cheering from afar as part of the Temple Lacrosse family.  I will forever be Temple Made and Temple Proud!"
