PHILADELPHIA – Temple women's soccer goalkeeper, Kyla Burns, was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll as announced by the league office on Monday.
The Ruby, N.Y., native was instrumental in the match against Penn on Friday night, recording five saves to keep the game neutral. With this five save performance, Burns now has now advanced to nine saves on the season for a .818 save percentage. Clocking 380 career minutes, Burns has posted two shutouts in her time as an Owl.
