Temple Football Takes Over Reading Terminal Market

PHILADELPHIA (7/24/23) – The Temple University Football team will take part in an annual promotion leading up to the 2023 season. Many members of the team will be at Philadelphia's iconic Reading Terminal Market during lunchtime (12 noon till 1pm) on Wednesday, July 26, along with the spirit squad and mascot, to serve patrons, take pictures, and sign schedule posters.

Eat with the Owls – Temple football team and spirit squad members will work the counters and serve food to patrons at Philadelphia's iconic eatery. Fans wearing Temple gear will receive various food discounts.
Miller's Twist will give a 50% discount to anyone wearing Temple gear.
The following vendors are offering 10% off for anyone wearing Temple gear: Bassetts Ice Cream, Butcher's Pantry, Giunta's Prime Shop, Iovine Produce, Pennsylvania General Store.
Dinic's, Down Home Diner, Hershel's East Side Deli, Hunger Burger, Kamal's Middle Eastern Specialties, Pearl's Oyster Bar, Saami Somi, Sweet T's Bakery, are also among the list of participating vendors.
