Trujillo Named to Senior Bowl Midseason All-America Team

PHILADELPHIA - Temple kicker Maddux Trujillo has been named to the Reese's Senior Bowl Midseason All-American Team, as announced Thursday. The Midseason All-American Team is chosen from the best-of-the-best players in college football that are eligible for the 2025 Senior Bowl.
One of only two selected players from a Group of Five Conference, Trujillo has been excellent during his first season with the Owls. The Georgia native is 7-for-9 on field goal attempts and 10-for-10 on PATs this season. Trujillo has converted two 60+ yard field goal attempts this year, marking just the third time in NCAA history that feat has been achieved. Trujillo's 64-yard field goal against Utah State not only set the school record but also set the record for the longest field goal in Lincoln Financial Field history, besting Jake Elliott's two 61-yard conversions. He also now owns the longest field goal in Rentschler Field history after splitting the uprights on a 60-yard try last week at UConn.
The 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl All-American Team will be announced following the regular season, with the annual Reese's Senior Bowl taking place on Saturday, February 1 in Mobile, Alabama.
