Kemali Green Earns AAC Defensive Player of the Week

PHILADELPHIA - Â After a strong 0-0 draw with FIU, Temple's Kemali Green was named AAC Defensive Player of the Week. This is third consecutive week that Green has been honored by the AAC, being named to the AAC Honor roll the last two weeks.
Green was once again a rock on Temple's backline as his presence on defense was apparent, leading Temple's defense to contain the FIU attack to only seven shots. Green once again played all 90 minutes as he has done for every match this season with the exception of only two matches.
Green now turns his attention to Tulsa, as the Owls look to close out their regular season slate strong, looking to lock up a spot in the AAC Championship. The action from Tulsa, Okla., is slated to start at 8:00 p.m. EST.
