Men's Tennis Gears Up for Dragon Invitational

PHIADELHPIA - This week, November 1- 3, the Temple men's tennis team is gearing up for the Dragon Invitational, where they'll face off against opponents at the Vidas Athletic Complex on Drexel University's campus.

SCOUTING TEMPLE:

Martim Marujo, a senior, had a standout performance at the first ever AAC Individual Championships, showcasing his skill by defeating Wichita State University's Alejandro Jacome 6-2, 7-6 (6). He then battled fiercely to secure his spot in the quarterfinals, winning a thrilling three-set match against UNC Charlotte's Vasco Prata, 7-6 (3), 4-6, 6-4.
In the season of 2023-24, Junior Pranav Nemani led the team with an impressive 11 doubles victories, achieving a perfect 4-0 record in the No. 3 position.

UP NEXT
The Owls will return to action on Jan. 23, facing Saint Joseph's University in their first match of the spring season at the SJU Tennis Complex.
